Thank you for participating in the 7th annual Picnic on the Park event in Kingwood!

All vendors need to provide your own tables and chairs for the event.

Food Vendors MUST have a permit from the City of Houston and must also display their food health permit at their booth.

Street closure will happen around 7:00am and vendor check in will begin at 7:30am. To check in you please pull in on Town Center Loop off of West Lake Houston Parkway.  Someone will be standing at the barricades to check you in and you will be directed from there.

If you have a raffle item for the raffle table, please bring items to the event on Saturday when you check in.

Tear down will begin at 4:00pm. Please Do not start to tear your booth down until then. We would like to keep the activities for the day ass clean as possible so please continue to take out your trash throughout the day and also, remember to leave the sight the way you found it.

PARKING

Vendors will be allowed to unload during the set-up time. However the street will be closed for the entirety of the event. All vehicles will need to be moved no later than 9:00 am. People start coming early and with all of the small children running around we can't have cars driving on the loop.

To make the set up time go as smoothly as possible, please unload your items at your booth location and then park your vehicle.  We would like the vehicles moved off the street as quickly as possible so that other vendors can pull in and unload as well.

You may park in the shopping center parking lots surrounding Town Center Park; however, stay out of the Burger King parking lot because they will tow.

GETTING THERE AND AREA RESOURCES

If you haven't been to Town Center Park before, it's pretty easy to get there.  From 59, take Kingwood Dr east to West Lake Houston Parkway.  Turn left at the light.  You'll pass the Town Center Fountain on the corner and then the first street you can take a right on will be Town Center Loop by Burger King.  Turn in on that street and the vendor check in will be right there.  

If you have completed everything, you can just pull up, we will give you your packet, and you can drive to your spot.  If we need more information from you, we will have you pull off to the side before going into the park.

As the park is surrounded by commercial strips, there is pretty much everything you might need.  

• Grocery:  HEB is on the Northwest corner of Kingwood Dr and West Lake Houston Parkway, Randalls is on the Southeast side.
• Early morning pick-me-up:  Starbucks is in the Randalls shopping center.
• Breakfast:  Manhatten Bagel backs right up to the park and La Madeline in the Randall's shopping center has great breakfasts.
• Food:  We have several event food vendors.  I'm not sure if they'll have breakfast food (Larry Coury might,) but they will have tons of good food.  In the area immediately surrounding the park, there is Fuddruckers, New York Pizzeria, Chachi's Mexican Restaurant, McDonald's, Burger King, Sushi Hana, a new yogurt place, Quizno's, and a French restaurant whose name escapes me at the moment.
• Printing:  FedEx Kinko's is in the strip that backs up to the park.
• Supplies & Hardware:  Alspaugh's Ace Hardware is across West Lake Houston Parkway from the Town Center complex.  If you need any last minute rope, tarps, or other types of gadgets, that is the place to go.
