The Picnic on the Park Festival will be held at the Town Center Park in Kingwood, located on the southwest corner of Kingwood Drive and Lake Houston Parkway.

In case of adverse weather, the festival will be held at Kingwood Park High School located at 4015 Woodland Hills Drive, Kingwood (Map It ).
